Turnkey Sound Systems for Bowling Centers

The Bonnyman Bowling Center at the Marine Corps contacted Celebrity Systems looking to spend some of their end of year MWR funds on a new sound system. Fortunately for them Celebrity’s AFNAF contract price list has a complete line of turnkey sound system packages for bowling centers based on the number of lanes. These single line item kits include professional hi-mid range speakers, powerful subwoofers, hi-fidelity amplifiers/mixers, and installation labor. By standardizing our bowling center audio systems Celebrity has vastly simplified the procurement and system design processes.

After getting approval for their turnkey sound system upgrade, the team at New River Bowling had some funds left over and wanted to use them to up their lighting game. Celebrity proposed several lighting packages to cover a range of budgets. Ultimately the customer selected a DMX Wash bar package. These innovative will serve a multipurpose role in the bowling center’s lighting system. First off DMX washbars provide significant mood setting capability by filling the seating and approach areas with multi-colored light (wash bars can be placed over the lanes as well). By mixing Red, Green, Blue, White, and Amber tones these fixtures can replicate virtually any color, as well as UV black lighting. Each bar includes 18 lights (called pixels) that can be individually controlled. This provides an additional visual effect to wow customers. These lights can be set to run a variety of patterns and colors in response to the beat of the music, or be controlled via a laptop interface.

While on site Celebrity Systems also investigated an issue that was causing the Bowling Center’s existing DMX party lighting to malfunction. Technicians were able to get these systems up and running as an added bonus to the customer.
