Audio/Video Support Protocols


This page is dedicated to support for military and goverment customers of Celebrity Systems Corporation.

By following this Audio/Video Support Protocol, you will ensure our best service. In most cases, problems can be resolved over the phone. Other times an exchange product or service call may be coordinated. Our goal is to provide the best possible service with the least down time. Due to the complex nature of integrated entertainment equipment and A/V control systems, it is imperative that you follow these steps. Your solution may be as simple as a single phone call, or may require the coordination of third-party resources to implement an appropriate resolution of your issue in accordane with Celebrity's Built-Tough Warranty Program.

NOTE: If your product is a Celebrity turnkey entertainment system, you should first locate and read through the Quick-Start Guide and/or Celebrity Operations Manual that came with your equipment. This will ensure that the problem is not a simple issue that can be resolved without additional support.

What to do if you have a problem with your Audio-Video System

If yours is an integrated facility (Warrior Zone, Liberty Center, etc.) involving a central control system and/or a customized integration of A/V equipment:

Immediately advise your contracting officer of the problem, by phone or by email, in order to affect proper warranty authorization.

Call Celebirty Support at 949-369-3990.
You will most likely reach a live technician, or otherwise leave a voicemail with your contact information and a concise explanation of the problem. A support rep will return your call asap, often within the hour but always within one day.
